Telok acquired the development site with existing "tong-lau" structures in 2011.  Telok’s internal heritage preservation professionals worked extensively with Macau’s Cultural Affairs Bureau on its request of the façade preservation. The project will be rebranded under Telok’s proprietary co-living and hospitality brand in 2H2020/1H2021.
