Modular Furniture System
In the process of creating Telok’s co-living project, Telok identified the opportunity of creating modular furniture in effort to provide maximum flexibility in layout configuration for its projects.
Telok believes this flexibility in a key element in yield management and thus being a key criteria to a project’s success in this highly volatile and uncertain market environment. The modular furniture system is currently in use at Telok’s Macau projects. Telok intends to launch this line of business as a separate business in 2H2020/1H2021.
