Telok pioneered a development joint-venture structure by assuming the role of a guarantor and a project manager for a small infill site on the Macau Peninsula.  The site is owned by a private individual who has no real estate development experience and access to traditional construction financing options.  This structure has enabled the landowner to retain whole ownership of the project without the need of contributing to the development costs.
